Mr. Robert Shepard

He holds a BS in Speech and Theatre from Northwest Missouri State and a MA in Educational Administration from Lamar University.  Shepard teaches Professional Communications and Oral Interpretation, both of which fulfill the speech requirements for PISD. Communication is his passion. Shepard serves as the Speech Department Team Lead and a Plano ISD Teacher Leader.  Shepard is actively involved in speech, locally and nationally.  He is a National Speech and Debate Association and Texas Forensic Association “Hall of Fame” member. He currently serves on the Lone Star District Committee of the NSDA.
